"Your ability is far too dangerous"

Licht, who holds the cheat skill «Resurrection», is executed on the order of the King out of fear of his power.

However, at that time no one could have known— that the skill «Resurrection» would even apply to Licht himself. Licht, who has survived, now stands as the greatest enemy of humanity.

This is a story of how Licht and the revived Demon Lord Army threaten the world.

The skill «Resurrection», which was shunned by the human world, would become the main force behind the Demon Lord’s Army.

Note from translator as of 2023-02-02: If the year long hiatus has not made it clear enough, I am now officially declaring that I am dropping this series.

The manga scanlation is an entire book ahead at this point and the faster pacing and illustrations, as well as the fact that it is based off the light novel version (which presumably had an editor fix the more egregious problems with flow, pacing, characters, basically everything) make it the far better version of this retarded story. And even then it’s not enough to stop one from cringing every other page.

The web novel for this is just so so bad. The characters don’t act anything like actual humans. There is no attention paid at all to the flow of the story, as if the author was writing it during his daily commute where every time he had to stop typing (transferring buses, traffic light etc.) he lost his train of thought but he then continues on typing afterwards without bothering to check what he had previously written (which to be fair is likely what actually happened). I feel like not only my Japanese ability, but also my IQ is lowering every time I have to read the original text.

So yeah, not dealing with this shit any more.
