Licht woke up at the bottom of the cliff as if nothing had happened.

He didn’t feel like he lost any memories.

He distinctly remembered the process of having his heart pierced and then falling off a cliff.

“A failed execution? No, that shouldn’t happen.”

Licht immediately rejected the first idea that came out of him.

Even an amateur would not be able to make a mistake with such a method of execution.

The cliff was almost 200 metres tall.

Normally, just falling that distance would be enough to kill you.

Licht then noticed that he was not injured at all.

Despite falling from a height of 200 metres, there was not a scratch to be found on his body.

More importantly, there was no sign at all of him having been stabbed through the heart.

It was nearly identical to Licht’s skill «Resurrection».

Thus was Licht’s decision.

In the future it would be known as the beginning of the Demon Lord Army which ravaged the human realm.
